Below are pictures of my deluxe 24" Miyata, imported from Japan, available
for approximately $250 in the US.
I have replaced the following components:

Cranks -- 5.5" cranks instead of the 5" cranks that it comes with

Seat Post -- Seat post is pretty short, so I replaced it with this really,
really long seat post

Pedals -- New and more grippy plastic pedals, thanks to John
